Youth sports coaching training
Many coaching programs are sport specific skill training and miss the mark on HOW to coach kids. Ā CoachingClass is:
- Online training - so coaches can do it on their time (there's always some percent of coaches that can't make the "mandatory" coaches meeting)
- 3 - 30 minute videos - can access via desktop or on mobile
- Covers the Top 10 Most Important things coaches need to know for coaching kids
- CoachingClass coaches will have a solid foundation on how to coach kids.
- VERY affordable - as we have a heart for Rec and YMCA programs from our experience.

Certification -
Take the test - show what you know
The CoachingTest is next step to become a CertifiedKIDCoach:
- 25 multiple-choice questions
- 70% passing grade
- Online - so coaches can take it at their convenienceĀ
- It's not easy - coaches will need to go through the training to correctly answer the questions
- Receive email of successful completion - so you can track coach status
All in - for training and certification, should take around 2 hours to complete.

Youth Sports Parent Guide
Years ago we were asked by many organizations to provide a presentationĀ to parents when we trainedĀ their coaches. Ā The Parent Guides are theĀ online version of those presentations.Ā Parents will learn:
- TheĀ Top 10 Most Important things to help their kids be successful in youth sports
- How toĀ praise their kids effectively
- Understand the negative impact of labeling their kid as a "natural"
- Being on the same team as their child's coach

Advanced training
For organizations, or individuals, that want more in-depth training
The Power of Practice is a 30 day in-depth trainingĀ modeled on the Deliberate Practice model that top level performers use, based onĀ research by Dr. Anders Ericcsen, and made famous in Outliers, by Malcom Gladwell, combined with our CoachingSchool spin:
