If you're a new coach, the Coaching Class is the place to start!

You'll learn the Top 10 Most Important things in working with kids, including addressing the top 3 reason kids quit youth sports.

All the information we present is evidence-based coaching, so you have the right knowledge to coach kids.

Coaching kids can be deeply rewarding & deeply confusing.  We can help take away the confusion of what works, and what's just myth.

In the Coaching Class, there are 3 lessons, each about 30 minutes in length.

The place to show what you've learned

Once you've completed the Coaching Class test, and cement, your learning by taking the CertifiedKIDCoach exam.

The online exam is 25 questions that test your knowledge of the material presented in the CoachingClass.  You will need a 75% passing score to be a CertifiedKIDCoach.

This certification is perfect for Parks & Rec, YMCA's, and Boys and Girls Clubs, where you find it hard to get everyone together for a pre-season coaches meeting, want to your coaches to have quality training, have them show competency in how to work with kids, and consistently build your programs with returning coaches and kids.

The CoachingClass is the perfect companion to your sport specific training  We've seen that most club level programs bypass the coaching basics and jump right into skills and drills.  This leads to coaches that can do skill development, yet might be lacking in the skill needed to work effectively in HOW to coach kids.  We provide the latest evidence-based information on how to work best with kids.  We all need a little help remembering how kids learn, and what's important to them.
